AIRPORT TRANSFER AND LOCAL TRANSPORT
We will be glad to assist you with making transfer arrangements from either the
Dalaman or Antalya airports. We recommend ADDA Tours, a licensed and reputable
transfer company, who will meet you at the airport and take you directly to Villa
Tymnessos. They also coordinate with our property manager to arrange a seamless
transfer to the villa.
ADDA Tours monitors your flight details ahead of your scheduled arrival time to
ensure you are not left stranded at the airport. Transfer vehicles are selected
according to the number of travelers requiring transfer, and ADDA Tours will charge
you one flat transfer rate depending on the size of vehicle required. ADDA Tours
charges approximately £60 one-way for a standard car from Dalaman airport and £95
one-way for a standard car from Antalya airport. We recommend that you reserve a
vehicle that is sufficiently large to carry your entire party and all luggage. The non-stop
transfer time from Dalaman airport to Villa Tymnessos is about 80 minutes. Transfer
from Antalya airport usually takes around 3 hours and includes a refreshment stop on
route.
Payment should be made directly to ADDA Tours. The driver will accept cash on
arrival, or you can also make arrangements with the driver to visit their office in Kalkan
to make payment by either cash or credit card.

RENTAL CARS
A large number of our guests choose to rent a car for all or part of their stay. Most
guests report enjoying the freedom to explore Kalkan and the surrounding area at
their own pace, so we encourage guests to consider this option. Should you wish, our
property manager will be glad to assist you with arranging a rental car prior to arrival.
Also, several of the Kalkan rental car companies will even provide a free transfer from
the airport and back to the airport as part of their rental agreement, which is a nice
service after a long day of travel.
Several car, mini-van and scooter rental agencies are available in Kalkan should you
decide to hire a vehicle after arrival. Both Dalaman and Antalya airports also offer a
large selection vehicle rental options.
LOCAL TRANSPORT
Although Kalkan is quite hilly, a car is not required to enjoy all that Kalamar Bay and
Kalkan have to offer. Local dolmus (mini buses) run frequently throughout the day
during the summer and local taxis are always available and provide a convenient and
inexpensive option. A courtesy shuttle service is available during the summer months
to transport guests to and from the Kalamar Bay Beach Club.
