Small Group Discount
A significantly discounted weekly rate is offered out-of-season for a maximum of four
guests using two bedrooms of your choice. You tell us which week(s) you would like to
stay and which bedrooms you would like to use, and we will prepare them accordingly.
All common living areas and terraces will always be available to guests as well.
Extended Stay Discount
A 10% discount may be available for stays of 14 nights or longer. To qualify for this
discount, guests must stay a minimum of 14 nights at the regular weekly rate (do not
take advantage of the small group discount rate). Please do not hesitate to ask us
whether you qualify for the extended stay discount.
Short Stays
Are you visiting Kalkan for less than a full week and still wish to holiday in a stylish,
comfortable and private villa with uninterrupted sea views? Villa Tymnessos provides
Short Stay offers on a space available basis that allow guests who cannot stay a full
week to take advantage of luxury villa accommodation. A minimum of a three night stay
is required. Please contact us to see if we have availability.
Details and Deposits
Prices are listed in UK pounds sterling. The normal rental period is one week (8 days
and 7 nights) in duration, with Monday serving as the preferred change over day.
Different lengths of stay are generally available depending on existing and pending
reservations. Stays that span two different rate periods will be billed on a pro-rated,
daily basis. Once payment is received through PayPal, the reservation will be
confirmed via e-mail. A 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking secures
your reservation. The balance of the payment is due 4 weeks before arrival. There is a
£150 refundable damage deposit which is refundable within two weeks of the
departure.
