Kitchens
|
The bright main kitchen on the 1st floor is fully equipped with electric and gas
hob, electric oven and extractor. Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster
and kettle are also provided. The main kitchen has an informal dining table
that seats 4 adults and leads to a balcony as well as the large outdoor dining
terrace through large glass doors.
A smaller rooftop kitchen/wet bar, mini-fridge and preparation area is also
available and leads to the roof terrace allowing guests to enjoy and refresh
their favourite beverages while enjoying the incredible views that the roof
terrace offers.

Living Room
|
Located on the 1st floor, the living room provides comfortable furniture pieces,
television, English and European language satellite channels and a
radio/CD/MP3 player. The living room leads to a private balcony with sea-views
as well as the large outdoor dining terrace.

Family Room
|
The family room is situated on the pool level and includes comfortable,
over-sized furniture and a large fireplace for cooler months and is a great
setting for playing board games or reading. Large French doors lead from the
family room to the shaded slate floor terrace while a large glass sliding door
leads to the pool and garden.

Utility Room
|
A utility room is located on the ground floor with a washing machine, dryer
rack, and iron/ironing board.

Pool
|
The villa offers a private pool and beautifully landscaped gardens. The pool
terrace has sun-loungers and a private outdoor jungle shower is nestled in the
garden.

Property
Management
|
To ensure that our guests have the best possible holiday, the villa has an
off-site property manager who is on call 24-hours a day to cover every
eventuality. Our property manager can also assist you with arranging for airport
transfer and rental car services and has many suggestions for sightseeing,
activities, and authentic dining options. A daily pool cleaning service ensures
that the pool is always in perfect condition.

Other
|
Every room in the villa opens onto either a balcony or terrace. The villa is
air-conditioned and each bedroom has it's own air-conditioning unit. Bed
linens, luxury wrap-around bath towels, and large pool/beach towels are
provided for guest use.
The villa has a baby travel cot and high chair and both are available upon
request. We also keep a box of children's toys at the villa.
Free Wi-Fi access is available and guests are welcome to use the
Turkish-style charcoal BBQ grill.
The property is cleaned prior to check-in and again after check-out, so there is
no need to waste your final day of holiday cleaning the villa. A complimentary
mid-stay clean and linen/towel change is provided for two week rentals.
Additional cleaning, laundry, and baby-sitting services can, with sufficient
notice, be arranged at a small cost.
