ABOUT VILLA TYMNESSOS
Villa Tymnessos is a beautiful detached four bedroom, five bathroom villa with
stunning sea views from every room, balcony and terrace. The villa is laid out over 4
floors and has been furnished to provide for a relaxing and comfortable family holiday.
Conveniently located in a quiet, peaceful area overlooking Kalamar Bay, the villa is
completely private and provides enough indoor and outdoor space to comfortably
accommodate 8 people.
All rooms in the villa open onto either a balcony or terrace with views of the
Mediterranean. There are two separate living rooms in the villa, so a large family could
share the villa without feeling crowded. There are baby and children's items in the villa
(travel cot, high chair, toys) and the bedroom on the top floor is decorated with children
in mind.
In addition to the two living rooms, the villa offers several outdoor spaces in which to
relax while enjoying views of Kalamar Bay and/or the surrounding olive tree clad hills:
A wet-bar is located on the top floor of the villa and the rooftop terrace provides
unrivalled sea views and breathtaking sunsets that will leave you with many fond
memories of your holiday.
Villa Tymnessos offers a private pool, an outdoor shower, and landscaped garden
areas filled with many colourful plants as well as lemon, orange, fig, palm, banana,
and pomegranate trees. The pool terrace has sun-loungers and comfortable chairs.
The villa is located in Kalamar Bay on a hillside at the end of a quiet street close to an
area designated as a natural parkland. An olive grove is located on the adjacent hill to
the right of the villa offering some lovely walks. Although the village of Kalkan is small,
it can become very busy during the summer and the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan
provides a quiet respite from the activity of the village.
